New Camera!

After months and months of deciding which camera to invest I finally decided on the Nikon D3S! I am looking forward to advancing my photographic work with the abilities this camera is going to give me. I decided to invest in a couple of new lenses as well!! For me it doesn't get any more exciting then this. With this being said please keep in mind that Spring is blooming and its a great time to head outdoors and get some fabulous family portraits! I Heart Faces Photo Contest- Slice of Life

I finally decided to enter the I Heart Faces weekly photo contest! The week's theme "Slice of Life" really appeals to me. This is a photo of my two children playing in the front yard together on an unusually (or not so unusual) warm winter day in So. Cal. I love to have my camera in hand and lay on the grass and just wait for those moments like the one above. To me this is a classic, one that will be cherished by me for years because it was just a split second in time and yet it speaks volumes. And I still can't believe she did that to her baby brother!!
